No. Design, supply, sheet-metal and stainless fabrication, installation and commissioning are all handled by our own crews. That is the point of running seven disciplines in-house: the mechanical, fire and electrical scopes are coordinated in one model instead of negotiated on site between four contractors.
The design and commissioning of fire protection systems — sprinkler networks and smoke evacuation. It is an active licence from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and it is what lets us sign the fire scope off ourselves instead of handing it to a third party.
It depends on the scope and on what is already in the building, which is why we do not quote a duration before the survey. What is fixed is the sequence: five phases, with a dated delivery programme issued at the procurement phase.
Airflow balancing results measured against the design figures, test certificates for the installed systems, and an O&M manual. That is the set an inspection will ask for, and it is part of the scope rather than an extra.
After the site survey and the heat and airflow load calculation, not before. The first phase ends with a budget envelope built on the measured load — a figure quoted off a floor plan is an assumption, and assumptions are always corrected upward later.
