Approach

A ventilation system is only as honest as the day it was commissioned. We design, install and balance every scope in-house so the airflow on the drawing is the airflow in the room.

Expertise

Seven disciplines,
one accountable contractor.

Design, supply, installation and commissioning handled in-house — so the mechanical, fire and electrical scopes never arrive at the same ceiling void with different assumptions.

Ventilation & AHU

Industrial air handling units, ducted supply and extract networks engineered for continuous-duty operation — balanced, commissioned and documented against design airflow.

  • Air handling units
  • Exhaust systems
  • Duct balancing
FHN Licensed

Fire Protection

Sprinkler networks and smoke evacuation systems, designed and commissioned under an active FHN license.

  • Sprinkler systems
  • Smoke evacuation

Advanced Cooling

VRF, cassette, ducted and multi-split systems, zoned for precise load matching across every occupied volume.

  • VRF
  • Cassette
  • Ducted
  • Multi-split

Heating & Hydronics

Boiler installations and centralised heating design, from plant room to final emitter.

  • Boiler rooms
  • Hydronic design

Chillers & Commercial

Chiller plant and fancoil engineering sized for sustained commercial and industrial loads.

  • Chiller plant
  • Fancoil

Commercial Kitchens

Stainless steel extraction hoods, preparation tables and ongoing kitchen electrical maintenance.

  • Hoods
  • Steel tables
  • Maintenance

Infrastructure

CCTV monitoring and heavy-duty electrical wiring, installed to carry the plant it serves.

  • CCTV
  • Heavy-duty wiring
  • Distribution
Method

From survey
to signature.

Five phases, one contractor carrying the responsibility through all of them.

  1. Survey & load calculation

We walk the building, measure what is already there and calculate the real thermal and airflow load — not the figure the previous contractor assumed.

    • Site survey
    • Heat & airflow load
    • Budget envelope
  2. Design & documentation

Duct routing, plant selection and single-line diagrams drawn against the architecture, with the fire and electrical scopes coordinated in the same model.

    • Layout drawings
    • Plant schedule
    • Coordination set
  3. Supply & procurement

Equipment sourced against the schedule, delivered to programme, with sheet-metal and stainless fabrication produced in-house rather than subcontracted.

    • Equipment supply
    • Fabrication
    • Delivery programme
  4. Installation

Our own crews install the ductwork, plant, pipework and wiring — one accountable team in the ceiling void instead of four trades negotiating for the same 300mm.

    • Ductwork & plant
    • Pipework
    • Power & controls
  5. Commissioning & handover

Every system balanced to its design figures, tested, certified and handed over with the documentation an inspection will ask for.

    • Airflow balancing
    • Test certificates
    • O&M manual
Sectors

Buildings that cannot
afford to stop.

Every sector below has a different failure cost — a hotel loses guests, a plant loses production, a kitchen loses its licence. The load calculation changes accordingly.
